Final Fantasy IV is already available on Steam, and with JRPG’s currently doing so well on Valve’s mega platform, The After Years’ Steam release makes a lot of sense.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, for those who don’t know, is a sequel to Final Fantasy IV, and originally released as a mobile game in Japan. Subsequent to that, it was re-released using the same 3D engine as Final Fantasy III and IV for the Nintendo DS for iOS and Android platforms. It’s now apparently going to receive a host of improvements before being ported to PC and Steam, or at least that’s what was said at the conclusion of this trailer.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years arrives on Steam on May 12th and will likely sell for $15.99 (around R200).
