You’d think that with films like Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man and X-Men: Apocalypse as well as the largest event in Marvel’s comic book history, The Secret Wars, Marvel Entertainment would run out of steam. In fact, they look to be burning their candle on both ends, and yet there’s no sight of them ever stopping, not with Telltale onboard.

That’s right, Telltale has just announced that they will be joining forces with Marvel in a joint venture. The project, whatever it is, will premiere in 2017, but we can expect news of what it might be a lot sooner than that. Our bet is E3 and Comic-Con.

What do you think it is? It’s more than likely going to be influenced by the likes of The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, The Wolf Among Us and so on. We’re betting Game of Thrones’ multiple character approach will fit whatever Marvel and Telltale have in mind. It’d be great if they give us the opportunity to play as the villains once or twice; that’d be amazing and truly one of a kind.
