Excuse us while we take out a new mortgage. We’re going to need one to buy Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition. That’s because when we said “cool” in the title, what we actually meant was, “This is absurdly expensive, and we can’t afford it. What’s the current interest rate on a bank loan?” And all that the Premium Edition is, is the original game as well as the season pass. That’s it.
Apparently, the season pass will deliver regular content for six months, whatever that means. That includes new story missions, additional villains and other miscellaneous bad guys, Batmobile skins, challenge maps, race tracks, characters skins and probably more besides. That’s a lot, but for R1200, £87.98, it had better be. Just by the way, the Premium Edition for PC will cost £67.98, that’s around R900
Batman: Arkham Knight releases for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One on June 23rd.
Batman: Arkham Knight’s DLC sounds a lot better than some of the DLC of prior games in the series.
