R99 broadband offering from Neotel

Neotel today launched their ‘refocused consumer offering’ which the company believes will improve access to affordable voice and entry level broadband data products.

The revised offerings include, among other things, identical voice tariffs across all prepaid and post-paid packages, free Neotel to Neotel calls between 18h00 to 07h00 daily and a more affordable entry-level high speed data service at R99 for 500MB Data and 500 SMSs per month.

Neotel has also increased its bundled minutes and data allowance of additional 500 MB on most existing packages.

Neotel’s new service offerings are as follows:

New NeoConnect Lite Prepaid

Once Off device fee – R399 (ZTE Handset)

  1. Voice Tariffs to be the same as Post Paid
  2. Voucher Denominations R25, R50, R100 & R200
  3. Startup airtime R10.00
  4. Voicemail Included
  5. Data R0.20c per MB
  6. Lowest call rates on landline and mobile phones

New NeoConnect Prime Prepaid

  1. Once Off Device Fee – R 599 (Prime Handset)
  2. Voice Tariffs to be the same as Post Paid
  3. Voucher Denominations R25, R50, R100 & R200
