Do you enjoy dying over and over and over again? Then you certainly know about the Dark Souls series of games.

With Dark Souls 3 Japanese release date just around the corner, Bandai Namco has been showing off more footage of the game.

However, Bandai Namco haven’t forgotten about Western gamers and English footage of Dark Souls 3 has surfaced, which has revealed some new details about the upcoming title.

The new game footage was leaked during the SXSW Gaming 2016 event, and interestingly, demonstrated the use of luck and its effect on spells and weapons, all of which scale with the stat.

We’ve also got more details around the lore and gameplay, all of which is show off below.

But that’s not all, additional gameplay footage was released by FromSoftware themselves. found below.

The video showcases the beginning area of the game, called the Cemetery of Ash.

Interestingly, the video features the Knight class in battle equipped with Elite Knight equipment.

Dark Souls 3 launches on PS4 and Xbox One in Japan on the 24th of March.

The game releases worldwide on the 12th of April for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
