When Battlefield: Bad Company 2’s Vietnam expansion launched earlier this month, DICE opened a special challenge to players on PC, Xbox, and PS3 – rack up 69 million team actions to unlock the fifth map, Battle for Hastings.
Team actions include all that team support stuff – revivals and heals, resupplies, target spots, and repairs.
PC gamers hit the 69 million mark yesterday afternoon – well ahead of their Xbox and PS3 comrades. Of course, they did have a four-day head start, so obviously it’s cheating. At the moment, Xbox players are closing on 40 million team actions, with the PS3 hobbling in last place at around 30 million.
