The guys over at Siliconera have spotted a European trademark filing for something called “Final Fantasy Type-0” alongside a kanji logo. But what’s it all about? Nobody knows.
According to Destructoid, Square Enix is hosting some kind of media event in Tokyo on 18 January, and Japanese gaming mag Famitsu has claimed the company will be announcing “major titles.”
Expect to hear more about Final Fantasy Type-0 then. In the meantime, speculate away.
