Dragon Age II DLC, system requirements announced

BioWare has announced the first DLC package for Dragon Age II – The Exiled Prince. This DLC package is included in the Dragon Age II Signature Edition.

Any pre-orders of the game made before 11 January will automatically be upgraded to the Signature Edition. From 11 January onwards, The Exiled Prince will have to be purchased separately for US$7 (±R47) or 560 MS points.

The Exiled Prince, Sebastian Vael, an archer of noble birth, seeks revenge for the brutal murder of his family. Aid him in his quest, and direct his righteous wrath on your enemies. Sebastian is a full companion character, complete with his own series of side missions.

Dragon Age II is scheduled to launch on 11 March 2011.

•    CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 Triple core 2.8 GHz or equivalent
•    RAM: 2GB (4 GB Vista and Windows 7)

•    Video: NVIDIA 8800GTS 512 MB or greater
•    DirectX 11: ATI 5850 or greater
•    DirectX 11: NVIDIA 460 or greater

•    Sound: Direct X 9.0c Compatible Sound Card Windows Experience Index: 4.5
