Google’s new MyActivity tool confirms that it knows everything you do

29 June 2016

MyActivity, a new tool launched on 29 June, lets you see just how much information Google has collected on you.

Any activity performed on an Android phone, apps, and even an innocuous Google search can now be easily tracked and viewed using the tool.

Importantly, the new tool also provides a link hub for Google’s various data-collecting services you can choose to turn on or off.

Here is the complete list of everything MyActivity keeps track of:

  • Ads
  • Android
  • Books
  • Chrome
  • Developers
  • Express
  • Finance
  • Goggles
  • Help
  • Image Search
  • Maps
  • News
  • Now
  • Play
  • Play Music
  • Search
  • Shopping
  • Video Search
  • Voice & Audio
  • You
