Darksiders II marks the follow-up to one of the most highly-acclaimed titles of 2010, as Vigil Games return to continue the story of the Armageddon playing out on Earth.
This time, players will take on the role of another Horseman of the Apocalypse, Death, as they engage in the battle between Heaven and Hell and try to restore the balance of order.
The game is a ‘parallel’ sequel, taking place alongside the events of the first game.
While not as bulky and powerful as War, Death compensates his combat with agility and deadly precision. Carrying a scythe, pistols and a variety of other weapons, Death lives up to his name by bringing the pain to anyone or anything he encounters.
Featuring a world twice the size of the original Darksiders, the sequel promises to bring an even bigger and more expansive adventure to propel the series to new heights.
