Inside the gaming houses of the world’s best professional teams

With the meteoric growth of competitive gaming both overseas and at home, it is getting harder and harder for the average player to remain competitive.

Most international competitive gamers are employed full-time by Multi-Gaming Organisations, who own a number of teams under the same name, such as Na’Vi or Team Liquid.

These high-level gamers practice for most of the day and each team has a dedicated coach and strategist who are constantly trying to figure out the best strategies.

Because these players spend so much time practicing with their team, many of them move move into gaming houses organised by their MGO, and simply live and play video games with their organisation.

While the players and team members are working hard, it’s difficult not to feel envious of the full-time professional gamers having a constant LAN party in an MGO-provided home.

HyperX has partnered with a number of teams to publish tours of their gaming houses, check them out below:


Team EnVyUs

Team EnVyUs is an American MGO founded in 2007 which is best known for its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Call of Duty teams.


Team Liquid

Team Liquid was founded in the Netherlands in 2000 as a StarCraft Brood War clan.

The organisation is one of the most well-known in the industry and have a large number of teams across various games.


CLG

CLG was founded in 2010 and is based in North America.

The organisation hosts League of Legends, CS: GO and Halo players.


Cloud9

Cloud9 is a North American team that was founded in 2012 and hosts teams for almost every large competitive game.

Their Dota 2 team has been disbanded twice now, but has previously consisted of some of the best players in the world.


SK Gaming

SK Gaming is a German MGO founded in 1996, known for the massive success of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team.
