Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence is in development for iOS and Android devices.
This mobile adaption will be a free-to-play third-person shooter that will be playable solo or in co-op with friends.
The game will feature a new storyline based on key story events from The Division and The Division 2 and will be set in the massive urban open-world of New York City.
Players will be tasked with neutralising enemy factions in a block-to-block battle to protect civilians and bring order to the crisis-ravaged streets.
Players will have a selection of specialist agents to choose from, and each one comes with unique abilities and gadgets to suit your preferred playstyle.
These agents are hugely customisable, as players can loot, craft, and mod their gear and weapons.
While a release date for Tom Clancy’s The Division Resurgence is still unknown, players can register now for closed beta testing on the game’s official website.
