Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag gameplay debuts

After giving us box art, details, and CG videos, Ubisoft has finally delivered some Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag gameplay.

The new gameplay trailer shows some of the settings, characters and action on offer in the upcoming sequel.

We get a glimpse and the up-scaled naval battles, the underwater exploration (including a sudden shark attack), and the intense and revamped melee combat featured in the game.

Ubisoft SA also recently confirmed that the Collector’s Edition of Assassin’s Creed 4 will be hitting SA retailers.

The next AC game will arrive in October 2013 on current-gen consoles and PC, with plans to hit next-gen consoles when they are available.

    I don’t know whether to be excited or hesitant about the game! It looks like it could be good, but not groundbreaking. Like more of the same type of thing.
