A new gameplay trailer for The Evil Within has finally been released, showcasing the heart-pounding horror that Shinji Mikami, the man behind the Resident Evil series, has in store for us.
The trailer shows a bit of the story and location in the game, and also features some of the horrific creatures – which are reminiscent of Resident Evil’s most ghoulish creations.
The Evil Within has been in development at Mikami’s studio, Tango Gameworks, and currently has a 2014 release date.
The game is powered by id Tech 5 and will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
