For a young person there is nothing more cringe-inducing than an older person (or in this case a multi-billion dollar corporation) trying to speak in their lingo.

This is the case for Microsoft’s new recruitment email which is doing the rounds on social media, featuring lines such as “Hey Bae Intern” and “Hella Noms” (food).

The last sentence is our favourite though, with the email signing off: “Hell yes to getting lit on Monday night”.
