This site helps remove all traces of you off the Internet

deseat.me is a site designed to help detect and remove all accounts associated with you on the Internet.

When logging into the website with a Google account, it scans for apps and services you’ve created an account for, and creates a list of them with easy delete links.

It can take a while to go through every link and service to unsubscribe, but at the end of the day you are left with a relatively clean internet record.

Given what has happened in social media this year and the Penny Sparrow controversy from the last holiday season, it might not be the worst idea to use deseat.me before leaving work this December.
