Following the release of Prey and a handful of other big games last week, this week’s schedule doesn’t have too many notable launches, but there are some interesting-looking titles to take note of.

If you’re looking for some old-school sporting chaos (and possibly ruining friendships), NBA Playgrounds is releasing digitally this week.
The two-on-two arcade basketball title that takes hints from NBA Jam and NBA Street will feature current and former NBA players on street courts.
The initial roster includes legends such as Magic Johnson, Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal. Saber also plans to add “hundreds” of additional players to the roster after the release of NBA Playgrounds.

If you’re craving a bit of mid-90s nostalgia, and one heck of a bloody romp, Strafe is the much-needed throwback to the first-person shooters of yesteryear.
Complete with polygonal graphics and questionable physics, Strafe is the sci-fi infused middle-finger to “realistic” military shooters of today, bringing a shoot-first-ask-questions-later attitude to modern gamers.
Despite the crazy aesthetic, the game actually features an impressive technical feature: randomly generated levels. Every time you die, the level changes, meaning you won’t be fighting the same monsters in the same room every time you respawn.
