News you may have missed (16-20 April)

The week started off pretty well following the two short weeks thanks to public holidays. A 5-day week seemed like a daunting task, but it had to be done. This week’s gaming news came in hard and fast, and although there was a flurry of unconfirmed details, we did get a lot of solid and interesting updates from the world of video games.

Call a plumber

The week kicked off with some leaky details courtesy of our very own South African games retailer, BT Games, and they just kept on coming.

In regards to a game everybody wants, we got some good news, and then some bad news.

Despite the love they receive from gamers, some companies undervalue our contributions and were exposed as greedy.

Even though the Halo movie isn’t going to happen, we did get some other exciting live-action news.

While Ubisoft’s Jade Raymond told the world that it’s time for games to grow up, Conan goofed-around with Halo 4.
