MyBroadband has launched its latest Broadband Survey, giving you the opportunity to rate your broadband provider and say how you think they can improve.

The survey also gives you a chance to say who you think should be the ‘2012 MyBroadband person of the year’ and ‘2012 loser of the year’.

The full survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and you will stand a chance to win an iPad 3 with Wi-Fi and 3G for sharing your views with us.
