Weekend gaming deals

This weekend, there are a number of console and gaming options to keep you busy (as if there’s not already a horde of new games to play).

Dion Wired, Game, AnimeWorx, Makro and Takealot all have deals on offer.

PS3 console bundle (Dion Wired) – R4000

Dion Wired has a brand-new super slim PS3 console (500GB), controller and game bundle on special.

Included with the console are two dual-shock 3 controllers, and 3 games (Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Ratchet & Clank and Motorstorm).

While not the newest games, they’re all classics in their own right.

The special is valid until 24 December 2012.

Games special (AnimeWorx) – Various prices

AnimeWorx has a number of specials on current games.

The collectors editions of World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria, Mass Effect 3 , The Darkness II and FEAR 3 are all on special.

Xbox 360 console bundle (Game) – R2999

Game has a Xbox 360 console bundle on offer this week.

Included in the bundle is a 250GB console, two controllers, 3 games and a month Xbox Live Gold voucher.

The games included are Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Forza 4 and FIFA 12.

The special is valid until 25 November 2012.

PS3 and Move Games specials (Makro) R179.00 each

Makro is promoting the new PS3 Essentials range, along with some Move games on special.

The games cost R179 each, and there are some good options in the range, including Dirt 3 and LittleBigPlanet.

Takealot

Takealot is also having a Black Friday sale on Friday, 23 November 2012, where prices are discounted and all items ordered during the sale will be delivered free of charge.

The sale starts at 00:01am on Friday, 23 November and will close at 23:59.
