Originally known as Overstrike, Insomniac’s four-person co-op shooter has had a serious overhaul, and is now called Fuse.
The sci-fi action game is releasing this week (31 May), but you should you take notice of Insomniac and EA’s new endeavour.
The game is currently doing pretty well on the review front (see MyGaming’s Fuse review roundup), and if you’re looking to pre-order, there are a few options available.

Fuse follows follows four CIA agents who each have unique skill sets and (in typical Insomniac fashion) crazy over-the-top weaponry.
Dalton Brooks, Izzy Sinclair, Jacob Kimble, and Naya Deveraux are the only things standing between humanity and a deadly alien energy source called Fuse, which a paramilitary organisation called Raven is trying to get its hands on.
Players will be able to switch from agent to agent to command the upper hand on the battlefield and have access to extraordinary Fuse-powered weapons that can be combined for a devastating effect.
