EA Sports brings the noise

During EA’s E3 2013 conference, EA Sports announced a number of new titles that will comprise the sporting lineup for 2013-2014.

Madden NFL 25

Madden is always a biggie for EA, and Madden 25 was on full show at the publisher’s conference.

The trailer was edited and cut really well, and showed some actual in-game footage, which was rather impressive.

FIFA 14

The next-generation of FIFA 14 was introduced once again by Drake, and discussed by some of the world’s best players.

Lionel Messi, Pique, and their Barcelona teammates describe the perfect goal, supported by exclusive gameplay for FIFA 14, coming to Xbox One and PS4.

NBA LIVE 14

To the relief of fans, the usual high-level of detail was shown by NBA LIVE 14 after last year’s instalment never came to fruition.

NBA LIVE 14 will release on Xbox One and PS4.

EA Sports UFC

One of EA’s big grabs from the THQ fire-sale was the UFC license and the publisher has revealed the first trailer for EA Sports UFC.

The game is set to arrive in 2014 and looks pretty damn good, if the visuals shown are in-game.

NCAA Football 14

While SA retailers often don’t stock NCAA games, the next instalment has been announced.

The game features a new Dynasty Mode, allowing players to scout and find players to build their ultimate team.

NHL 14

NHL 14 was also briefly on show, and the demo featured new physics and collision enhancements, along with some new touches to the fighting mechanics of the game.
