For those who have been preoccupied this morning, Microsoft has backtracked and reversed its DRM policies that caused an uproar over the Xbox One – a veritable Xbox One Eighty, as the phrase has now been coined.
That’s right, the mandatory constant internet connection, used game limitations and region locking have been dropped from the Xbox One, essentially putting it on par with the PS4.
So, what does the internet have to say about the recent revelations?
The good
