Gameplay tracking and gaming social networking service Raptr has released its 2013 “most played” report.
The opt-in service tracks games played on Xbox 360 and PC among 13-million Raptr users.
It is therefore worth noting that this might not fully represent the most popular games out there (Sony and Nintendo stats are not displayed) but with a 13-million sample, it’s a good indication of what kept gamers coming back for more in 2013.
The latest stats give interesting insight into which was the most popular new IP, which games experienced a resurgence of play time following DLC and expansion releases, and which games hooked players for the longest period of time.
