I pre-ordered sometime around November. I’ve watched the gameplay videos, I’ve watched them pull features that the fans didn’t like and add features specifically for the PC fan base.
Some people still feel like it’s got a bit too much console in it, I game exclusively on PC and pretty much any AAA title is console first, PC second. Because PC can’t compete with console sales :-/ So if it’s a little bit “consolie” then fine, at least they gave me lots of lovely options exclusively for PC
