One South African VDSL user, with an uncapped Afrihost account, has consumed 3.01TB of data over a month. Various other users consumed in excess of 1TB a month using uncapped services.
Afrihost’s “Data Kingpins” section publishes regularly-updated bandwidth usage rankings for the ISP’s uncapped users.
According to the latest figures, the top user, using an uncapped account on a 40Mbps VDSL connection, consumed 3,055GB (3.1TB) of data over the last month. Other top users include another 40Mbps subscriber who consumed 2,057GB (2.1TB), and a 20Mbps user who used 2,059GB (2.1TB).
Afrihost further revealed that its top ten 10Mbps uncapped ADSL subscribers consumed a combined total of 10.16TB over the last month.
The following table shows the top home uncapped DSL users on the Afrihost network.

Axxess also makes public the top uncapped ADSL account usage on its network through its “Axxess Gig Guzzlers” section.
The biggest bandwidth hog on Axxess’ network is a 10Mbps uncapped ADSL subscriber who consumed 1,526GB (1.5TB) over the last month.
