The speed is not all that is important when choosing an ISP, I have cancelled my account with Cybersmart and switching to Mweb, because Cybersmart has a FUP that sucks on it’s uncapped accounts. Your anti-virus updates, p2p downloads, windows updates and steam downloads are all shaped during the day. The true download speeds differ from the speedtest results, and you wait forever when calling to complain or solve an issue.
Rather ask users how satisfied they are with their current ISP.
