The Sims 4 – PC
The Sims 4 hits the shelves for PC on 5 September 2014, with EA promising unique personalities, individual appearances, and “new and big” emotions for your digital friends and family.
Just remember, no pools or toddlers, so rescuing your young child from drowning won’t be a possibility.
Destiny – PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One
It is nearly time for you to “become legend”, with the Activision/Bungie online multiplayer FPS gargantuan set to launch for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, and PS4 on 9 September 2014.
Pick a class, create your character, level up, earn powerful weapons and armour, and kill everything in front of you in a quest to save earth.
NHL 15 – PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One
NHL 15 is set to become available in SA for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on 12 September 2014.
To whet gamers’ appetites, a demo of the game was released last week. After trying it out on the PS4 with a friend, and beating each other bloody in the in-game fights, I can safely say it is the best ice hockey game I have ever played.
Hyrule Warriors – Wii U
Cut down entire legions of enemies with Link, Zelda, Midna, and other characters from The Legend of Zelda franchise and their over-the-top powerful Dynasty Warriors-style moves.
Hyrule Warriors arrives on the Wii U on 19 September 2014.
Xbox One – Launch Titles
The Xbox One will land in SA on 23 September 2014. Besides the console, controllers, and Kinect, a bunch of launch titles will be available for local gamers, too. Here are the choice titles.
