It’s less than a month to go until gamers will be plying their killing skills in the latest version of Call of Duty.
The new iteration, Advanced Warfare, is due to be released for PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360 on 3 and 4 November 2014 (depending on which retailer you use).
The new Call of Duty is set in the near future where exoskeletons, hover-bikes, and advanced weaponry dominate the landscape of war. The game’s developers, Sledgehammer Games, has promised that Advanced Warfare will be the “most realistic looking” game ever made and will not feel like “the same old CoD” as previous titles may have.
“This [game] has the scale and the scope of the equivalent of four Hollywood movies in it. It has hundreds of hours of multiplayer gameplay. It has full co-operative mode. It takes an army of industry vets to create this kind of content,” said the developers.
