Best-selling PC, console games in South Africa

Market research company GfK has released its latest sales stats for the SA game market.

The sales figures from January 2015 reveal the top 5 best-selling games for PC and console, and includes both pre-orders and post-launch sales.

GfK says it covers around 90% of the SA gaming retail market, and 95% of the SA gaming consoles retail market.

GfK also tracks online retailers, as well as both the physical and online sales of the retailers which have physical and online outlets. This does not include Steam sales.

The stats presented are gathered on a monthly basis from the retailers with whom GfK is in partnership.
