“Blood could literally be on MS’hands”… No, not quite. The previous guy didnt set up the PC’s to block the upgrade or downloads on a metered connection, Microsoft, even contrary to popular belief, does not monitor your every action and tell you what to do. If you work in a field where a MB costs the same as the PC you use it on, then you have to know these things.
Its, not the upgrade, or even Microsoft’s fault this happened, but rather the company or the IT personnel that caused this. This guy being livid is even funnier, if he wants to play pilot and IT guy in the same job, then he must have checked the systems, otherwise he is just as much to blame as the previous Frikkie who worked on it.
People are so quick to blame the company for invasive upgrades or updates, but dont want to go through the process of due diligence to ensure the systems keep running, they would rather cry in the corner when something goes wrong.
