This is what to expect from the upcoming Mass Effect novels

27 June 2016

A new series of Mass Effect novels published by Titan Books will serve as a link between the original Mass Effect trilogy and the upcoming Mass Effect: Andromeda, reports IGN.

The novels will serve as both prequels and sequels to the in-game events and will be considered “canon” in terms of the greater Mass Effect universe.

“Each book will focus on key characters, answering the many questions fans have been asking.”

The first novel in the series, Mass Effect: Andromeda Initiative will release in August 2016, with the next three books slated for March 2017, September 2017 and March 2018.

Mass Effect: Andromeda is expected to launch in Q1 of 2017.
