This LA hotel can’t tell the difference between GTA V and real life

30 June 2016

An LA hotel has accidentally used GTA V screenshots, mistaking them for actual images of Los Angeles, reports Eurogamer.

Reddit user Doupler discovered the discrepancy on the iconic Figueroa Hotel’s website, a landmark actually represented in GTA V as the “Hookah Palace“.

The screenshot appears to be lifted directly from the GTA wikia and contains a number of inaccuracies, including the Figueroa Hotel (or in this case The Hookah Palace) being situated on the wrong side of the street.

Do you think GTA V’s graphics are good enough to be confused for real life? Let us know in the comments below and in our forums.
