HTC’s new Vive Tracker is now available for pre-order and will start shipping in mid-December.
Vive Trackers have been available to developers this year, and a library of VR titles with Tracker support will ship alongside the product.
The Vive Tracker is a universal tracking device which can track real-world objects, importing them into a virtual world.
The device can also track body movement and connect wirelessly to the Vive ecosystem.
The Vive Tracker sports a 270-degree field of view, a micro-USB charging port, and 4.5 hours of battery life.
The Tracker is priced at $99 as a standalone product, but will also ship with gaming bundles.
