Logitech to launch handheld cloud gaming device in 2022

3 August 2022

Logitech G, in partnership with Tencent Games, has announced that they plan to bring a handheld cloud gaming device to market before the end of 2022.

The new device will support multiple cloud gaming services, and both companies are working with the Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW teams.

This device will give gamers the ability to enjoy AAA games when they are away from their console or PC.

“Logitech G’s leadership in PC and console gaming gear make them an ideal partner to help us realize the vision of bringing a better gaming experience to gamers around the globe,” said Tencent Games general manager Daniel Wu.

“As someone that grew up playing video games, the idea of being able to stream and play AAA games almost anywhere is super exciting, and we can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on,” said Logitech G general manager Ujesh Desai.

Details on the actual device are still unknown, and it is unclear which regions will get the device and relevant services.
