The penis gaming peripheral you never knew you wanted

While the Japanese erotic game sub-culture may be as niche as it gets, one has to give it credit for consistently showing great ingenuity in developing ways for gamers to interact.

The latest plug-and-play (heyoo!) penis-peripheral to come out of Japan (HEYOOO!) is the WAFFLE, which is an odd name for something which is effectively a sex toy that looks nothing like a waffle.

As one would imagine, the device is in the same line of operation as the Flesh-light-esque “controller” used with Custom Maid 3D (which even has Oculus Rift support).

The WAFFLE, however, looks to prefer the hands-free route (unlike many of its users, HEYO- okay I’ll stop now) and can be rooted to the spot with a suction cup and adjust to different angles. Thereafter, it just plain sucks. Like, in a good way. Apparently.

Note: Game does not feature James' face.

If your curiosity leads you onto the device’s blog page (linked on Kotaku), you can get a non-explicit preview into how it works – just turn the volume down.

Let’s just say, going by the video, if that thing malfunctions during use there would be serious cause for concern.

It’s still a better peripheral than the Tony Hawk Ride skateboard idea, though.

Wheeeee!
