Acer has unveiled its Nitro 5 gaming laptop, which is aimed at the price-conscious end of the PC gaming market.
For Intel fans, the Acer Nitro 5 offers the option of 7th-gen Core i5 and i7 processors, along with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics chip.
AMD enthusiasts have a choice between 7th-gen A-Series FX, A12, and A10 APUs – which are paired with up to a Radeon RX 550 graphics chip.
Hardware components include:
- 15.6-inch FHD IPS display.
- Up to 32GB DDR4 RAM.
- Up to 512GB SSD (PCIe), up to 2TB HDD (SATA).
The gaming laptop also features Acer’s Coolboost technology, which increases its cooling ability through higher fan speeds.
The Nitro 5 will be available in the US in July, with prices starting at $799.
