AMD Radeon RX Vega graphics cards – South African pricing

AMD’s Radeon RX Vega 56 and RX Vega 64 graphics cards are now for sale in South Africa.

The RX Vega cards use HBM2 memory and AMD’s Vega architecture to deliver superior memory bandwidth and performance.

The cards, aimed at high-end gamers, are available in air and liquid-cooled models – with the latter featuring a higher boost clock speed and price tag.

While certain AIB partner cards are available to order, many are yet to be listed in local stores.

Wootware’s Rory Magee told MyBroadband that stock of the new graphics cards is extremely limited and more models are expected to be available in the future.

The RX Vega 56 and 64 graphics cards currently available in South Africa are detailed below.

    These prices are ridiculous.
The performance are not bad but unless we can get that good ‘ol Radeon pricing it’s not worth it when the green team getting better scores at lower prices.

If you have R8,999 to spend go for something like:
    Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 Mini ZT-P10800H-10P 8GB GDDR5X 256-bit PCI-E 3.0 available at Wootware
