AMD has released a brand new set of graphics card drivers. Catalyst 9.9 supports the Radeon HD2000, HD3000 and HD4000 series of graphics cards.
September’s monthly Catalyst update makes a number of minor tweaks. It brings CrossfireX support to Resident Evil 5, fixes glitching issues with the Sims 3 and introduces antialiasing to Ghost Busters.
Various interface tweaks have been made to the Catalyst Control Center, including proper HDMI detection as DTV(HDMI) instead of DTV(HDMI) when the display is hot-plugged for the first time. Other tweaks have been made to Cyberlink’s MediaShow Espresso in relation to transcoding.
