According to Fudzilla AMD has confirmed that it will have DirectX 11 laptop GPUs ready by November.
The 40nm chip will provide lower power consumption than what is possible with current technology, and should deliver unparalleled mobile gaming performance.
Codenamed Broadway, the mobile GPU will ship a few months after its desktop counterpart, currently referred to as Evergreen, or in a less official capacity, the HD 5800 series.
Broadway chips have already begun shipping to manufacturers and the hope is that they will start becoming available in November.
