The card is carved out of 28 nm “Tahiti” silicon, on which the HD 7970 is based.

It features 3GB memory at 1260MHz, and a core clock speed of 800MHz.

The AMD Radeon HD 7800 series is highly regarded for its quality and price, and the 7850 is one of the standout performers.
