Antec today (4 June 2013) showed off the Nineteen Hundred chassis and the new additions to the Kühler water-cooling family – the 1250 and the 650. Antec is fast becoming a go-to brand for enthusiasts, often mentioned in the same sentence as the likes of Corsair and Lian Li.
The big reveal was the monstrously huge Nineteen Hundred chassis. Made of 0.8mm SECC-grade steel, it can pack in a whalloping three DVD drives and up to twelve (12) 3.5-inch hard drives or fourteen (14) 2.5-inch drives. It has two bays for a power supply, three 120mm intake fans, two 120mm exhaust fans on the top, another two 120mm fans to direct airflow within the case, and a 120mm exhaust.

Although the case was only seen in black and green, TechpowerUp noted that there will be other colours on the way. I’m personally looking forward to a white and black one. The Nineteen Hundred can also accommodate a 240mm radiator on the top of the chassis, and the top PSU bay could be rigged to support an internal water-cooling reservoir as well.
Kühler water cooling kit
On the water-cooling side, the Kühler family received a much-needed update. The Kühler 1250 is a 240mm radiator that can support push-pull fan setups and it comes with a new impeller design by Antec. The Kühler 650 is the successor to the Kühler 620, and features a thinner 120mm radiator and a redesigned cooling block.
Note the fan mounts and USB connector – this seems to imply that just like the latest Corsair i-series, the Kühler 650 and 1250 will support software controls to adjust the flow of the water and better control temperatures.
