Gaming laptops are not normally the weapon of choice for hardcore PC gamers (or so it would seem with MyGaming’s readers at least), but a few models this year have made a strong case for mobile gaming.
This was made possible, in part, thanks to the release of the new Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M and GTX 970M – mobile GPUs which can deliver 75% of the performance of their desktop counterparts.

PlayStation 4 Laptop a.k.a PlayBook

The PlayBook features the PS4’s internals inside a 3D-printed plastic case and is attached to a 22-inch 1080p LED display.
Available in black and white with customisation options, a PlayBook takes about two to three weeks to build and starts at $1,095… if you provide your own PS4, that is.
I can imagine few things cooler than playing a PS4 on your lap while on a flight. Yes, I am 12.
