Asus has announced that is will be unleashing the Asus ROG Matrix GTX 980 in South Africa from mid-January 2015.
The card, which features Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 980 GPU, promises “super-smooth” gaming performance and that it is 13% faster than its reference design.
How much will this set you back, you ask? The mathematical value, as I have been told by trusted scientists, is know as a “f**kton” – R9,999.
“ROG Matrix GTX 980 achieved a score of 28557 on the 3DMark® 11 Performance benchmark test, setting a new world record for graphics card performance. With support for next-generation 4K/UHD (ultra-high-definition) gaming resolutions of up to 4096 x 2160 pixels, the card delivers incredible gaming experiences,” said Asus.
