Finally, we have confirmed specs for NVIDIA’s GTX 980 Ti, thanks to the guys over at VideoCardz and Asus.
According to a recently leaked Asus datasheet, their GTX 980 Ti will have 2816 CUDA cores, a base clock of 1000 MHz and its boost clock is 1076 MHz.
As has been previously leaked, the card has 6GB GDDR5 memory with a 384-bit interface.

The retail packaging for the card indicates DirectX 12 support. However, the datasheet says otherwise. That said, we know it’s fully DirectX 12 compliant, as are all Maxwell 2 chips.
This information should tide you over until other vendors release their datasheets and information regarding their GTX 980 Ti’s.
We remain highly optimistic that the GTX 980 Ti is going to be an extreme killer of a card.
