Cutting-edge AOC gaming monitors here soon

AOC is working on a new range of gaming monitors – the Agon Gaming Series – which will be brought to the market by the end of the third quarter of 2016.

Vineeth Sebastian, AOC’s regional sales director for the MEA region, told MyGaming that the new gaming range will contain both flat and curved monitors.

He highlighted a few monitors in the range, which are sure to grab the attention of gamers:

  • AG-1 Flat series monitor which is available in both 23.8” and 27” with QHD resolution, free sync and Gsync options available, as well as a 144Hz refresh rate and a control keypad.
  • AG-11 Curved series monitor which will be available in 23.6”, 27”, 30”, 31.5” and 34” with 1800R curved, lighting effects, a 21:9 contract and a 144Hz refresh rate.

AOC’s focus on the South African gaming market

Sebastian said the South African market is one of the biggest gaming markets within the MEA regions, and AOC is keen to invest in gaming within the South Africa.

“New gaming ranges will be launched soon, and thus the gaming market is definitely considered a driver for PC equipment,” said Sebastian.

He said that South Africans can expect and trust that AOC will continue to provide state of the art, cutting edge technology within the gaming arena.

“AOC will also endeavor to maintain its value proposition of real value for consumers money,” said Sebastian.

    Wanna make good here AOC? (I’ve bought your budget LCD’s for years now)

    * Advertise everywhere (Using a partner to launch your products would be best)
    * Well priced products (Don’t make it too cheap, or buyers will undervalue your products)
    * Emphasis on warranty, ease of return and have stock of available parts for a quick turn around time.
    * Create a dedicated website, such as http://www.aoc.co.za (appears to be taken) with proper specifications and clearly state the stores where to buy your products.
