Asus Republic of Gamers has announced the ROG Spatha – a futuristic gaming mouse designed for MMO players.
The device features a strikingly aggressive design paired with zone-specific RGB lighting options.
The mouse can be used in both a wired and wireless configuration and features an 8200 DPI laser sensor for maximum accuracy.
The Spatha boasts a 2000Hz polling rate in the wired configuration, and a 1000Hz polling rate when used wirelessly.
The mouse has a total of 12 programmable buttons, which have a smooth tactile grip. These buttons are perfect for MMO gaming, as they can be programmed to use the wide selection of abilities typically present in the genre.
The switches for the main mouse buttons can be swapped out with different ones to change the click sensitivity.
The Spatha comes with a magnetic charging dock, which has a LED battery indicator. The device driver allows users to customise key macros, polling rate, sensitivity, RGB lighting and more.
