Asus VivoBook Flip launch window for South Africa

Asus has announced the VivoBook Flip TP301 and TP501, 13.3- and 15.6-inch convertible laptops which let users flip between laptop, tablet, tent, and stand modes.

It will be available from May in South Africa from selected independent retailers, Asus said.

Featuring a 360-degree multi-gear metal hinge, the VivoBook Flip Series is powered by 6th-generation Intel Core processors and supports NVIDIA GeForce 940M graphics.

They run on Windows 10, feature a USB 3.1 Type-C port, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, and up to 10 hours of battery life.

VivoBook Flip devices will be available with a number of storage options, with buyers able to specify up to a 1TB hard disk drive, hybrid storage with a 500GB hard disk and 8GB solid state drive (SSD), or up to a 512GB SSD.
