GeIL has revealed its DDR4 EVO X Hardcore Gaming Memory, featuring RGB lighting and frequencies of up to 4,133MHz, TechPowerUp reports.
GeIL uses HILM (Hybrid-Independent-Light-Module) technology to enable customisable RGB lighting on its RAM modules.
The RAM module’s lighting is separately connected to the motherboard using a 12V RGB power cable, and can be programmed to sync with the user’s RGB lighting system.
This independent power connection means that the RAM experiences no loss in performance.
The memory modules also feature a sliding switch which controls the four RGB illumination modes. The lighting can be set to red, green, blue, and RGB cycle.
Below are the specifications of the GeIL EVO X memory modules.
