The South African pricing for the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 has been revealed.

Online retailers are currently selling AIB partner versions of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060.

The latest addition to Nvidia’s Pascal lineup is aimed at the mid-range performance market and is set to compete with AMD’s Radeon RX 480.

Nvidia’s initial benchmarks have place the GeForce GTX 1060 slightly ahead of the Radeon RX 480, although the imminent third-party benchmarks are bound to give more objective (and better) performance analyses.

Despite the R4,699 MSRP supplied by Nvidia, prices range from R5,000 – R6,000 locally.
